How to Find a Reputable Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) Shop
A reputable PPI shop is not just a nice one, but one that has experience with the vehicle you are bringing in.
If they have never dealt with a Ferrari 360 Modena and that’s what you are buying, it is likely they will not know what to look for and what typically goes wrong.
The best place to find shops it look on car-specific forums where other members can personally vouch for their expertise.
Look for shops with experience and Google specific mechanics who work there rather than just the shop name. This way you can ensure bad mechanics with new shop names are not taking you for a ride.
However, if you are looking for a pre-approved list of reputable PPI shops, then in our Insider section, you will find a number of shops we pre-selected for you all across the United States. We also select new ones to add based on new information we generate.
