Step 1
sign up for the car finder service
The Car Finder Service is exclusively for Exotic Car Hacks members only. Whether you sign up on this page or work with one of our advisors, this is the first step to start the Car Finder process.
Step 2
fill out your application
Fill out the Car Finder Service application and provide details of what kind of car you're looking for, your budget, purchase window, and any other additional details you think may help us.
Step 3
get on a 1-on-1 call with pj
Once the application is received, we will coordinate a time/day for you to speak with PJ directly where he will advise you on whether the car you want fits the criteria or not. If not, he will present other options to consider and go over the estimated cost of ownership.
Step 4
we go to work finding the right car
Once both sides agree on the car, PJ and his team will go to work trying to source the best vehicle for your budget. Meaning cars that are clean, highly optioned, good specs, and within the mileage allowance.
Step 5
secure your financing (if needed)
While the car search is happening, if you do not plan to pay cash, you will need to secure your financing. We do have lending partners that have worked with thousands of Car Finder clients over the years that we can refer you to.
Step 6
we present hackable cars to you
Usually within 30 days or less, we will present 1-2 cars that match exactly what was agree upon during the 1-on-1 call. While we try our best to find exactly what you want, we always present alternatives that you may have never considered.
Step 7
commit to the car
If you like what is presented and ready to move forward, you will then need to commit to the car by placing a deposit directly with the dealer (we do not collect this) to hold the car while we go through Pre-Purchase Inspection.
Step 8
we have the car inspected
The car is then sent to an independent shop for Pre-Purchase inspection (at your expense) where it will be looked over for any issues. Together we'll go over the report and decide if we want to continue with the purchase, negotiate further, or cancel the deal based on our findings.
Step 9
we do final negotiation
Depending on the deal and the car, there may be room for additional negotiation. Together we'll look at all the paperwork presented by the dealer and ensure there are no hidden fees, title issues, or miscellaneous items that can ruin the purchase.
Step 10
take delivery of your dream car
You'll finalize the payment, taxes and registration (if applicable) of the vehicle directly with the dealer. If you need transport, we'll help you find the best enclosed transport (at your expense) that can pick up the car and deliver it straight to your driveway.
