This is simply a bad bet to take because of the miles. Mercedes products are notorious for costing a lot to maintain and repair between 50,000 and 60,000 miles. This is partly why they're heavily discounted at 45,000 miles and up. Assuming all is peachy, which I doubt based on where the dealer is, who it is, and the history of the car, it's a $15K maintenance proposition to drive this for one year. In context, that's 50% of the car's cost over just 10K additional miles. The better opportunity is to find a car under $33K with 25K miles and similar options. The car, color, and spec are good; it's the miles that make this either a win or a bust, and it's a bet I wouldn't take.
