Since its a specialized product, the majority of buyers are savvy in options and often want more loaded cars that reflect their enthusiasm especially since the Urus SE market has been so poorly received by many. The rarer cars that will beat market expectations are Ad personam desirable colors combined with carbon hood and carbon roof options, 23” wheels and full exterior carbon will make the cars few and far between and buyers will pay the most. Wrong car, wrong dealer, wrong options. This is the equivalent of a normal retail deal. Low mileage, poor options, disguised by a CPO and market average cost. Neither this or the white car you sent are the actual correct cars. We also cant predict the market 5 years but generally when cars hit their bottom as stated above, the urus perf will depreciate about 3 to 5% per year per 3K miles after that. My suggestion if you intend to sell car with higher miles after a long period of time, start with a higher mileage car to begin with to be closer to that 240K number. The investment gets safer with the right cars but again not with 5 year holds and 25K more miles.
