The 991 GT3 Market is an excellent hackable market. It’s been very steady and has held very well outside of engine problem 2015 cars. The 2018 is a solid platform and generally at the price point heavily undervalued seeing where newer 6 speed models are. In addition to that, more manual inventory is available as well making it still have enough inventory to buy. The price median for the 18 is between 170 and 205K with PTS examples leading the way but good cars with sub 10K miles can be bought with right options around 185K.

The pros:
CPO. Manual. PCCB. Cage. Color. Good Dealer. Car has almost been sitting for 60 days.
The cons:
Matte PPF, it should be gloss for resale on this color. Wrong seats for configuration ( cage + non bucket ). No headlight upgrade. Miles are high for the type of car. Interior trim is terrible.

I have mixed feelings on this particular car. It’s a good drivers example except for the mix of options. Example it has PCCB, and a cage but comfort seats and no headlight upgrades. The interior also has the colored panels which is terrible and very undesirable by enthusiasts when reselling. It can be swapped back to carbon for roughly $2500 but none the less is still an added expense. The mileage is also very high to be appealing to non drivers once you resell. This brings me to the more important point that if the price is right, it can still be bought and enjoyed. If however, the price is high it becomes a more expensive proposition. The best part is the CPO, so even at the listed price of 188K, the exposure is still less than 10% and the peace of mind of the CPO.
