perpetual analysis:

Porsche 911 Turbo S

The 991.1 Turbo S market has been very steady over the last 3 years and slightly increasing in the last 12 months by 8% as less and less clean units surface. The median price for the cars is 125K with terrible examples selling at 110K and great examples at 140K. This makes the middle ground right about 125K. This means that cars with up to 30K miles if clean in their worst case will always roam around that number. Lower mileage cars above and higher under. Porsches hold well with miles mechanically speaking, so there is no drastic pricing reduction expected as they age as no major repairs have been recorded as needed with 30 to 50K miles. The best opportunity in 2025 is to pick up a 2014 or 15 within 10% of the 125K number and with less miles than 30K. It is also recommended to generally stay away from the Turbo NON S due to the small discount yet large difference between the models. Make sure to stay away from cars with no extended leather options ( AKA gummy dash cars ) and cars with torn splitters on front.

your investment is STEADY WHALE

This particular car looks to have been maintained well from the picture. The front plastic splitter doesnt look too damaged. It has the right color, sticker, option and miles. Due to the correct combination it is most likely priced higher than the average market. No price was given but I assume the seller is asking in mid to upper 130s. It’s hard to find good cars like these with good miles. If you can get under 132k, it’s as good a deal as a clean car will get you. You can easily drive this 3K in 12 months and most likely 3K each consecutive year after with very minimal losses. I highly recommend keeping this longer than 12 months to lower cost of ownership even further.
