Generally, the F8 market is weakening due to the lack of demand and high production levels of more modern Ferraries like the Sf90 and 296 which both used can be bought at the same range of price as the F8. While the F8 is the better of the three from a value standpoint it is also the least depreciated making it hard for people to spend sticker on a 3 years old car when they can get $300K off a newer 1 year old 600K car. The value proposition of modern Ferrari is heavily declining. Cars like the 488 are the only reason the F8 market hasn’t collapsed yet. The Pista is a better alternative should the budget be flexible up to 500k. On the Resale Market, F8 are currently trading as high as 80K off MSRP for heavy coupes and 50K off MSRP for spiders for wholesale and dealer to dealer cars. While the spider market is always better value due to lower production and hardtop, the coupe market for good specs can be considered equally good. The Median selling price on a coupe is now roaming around $300,000 and the average spider at $355.000.

Grigio Silverstone ( unpopular F car color ) No carbon engine bay ( usually not an issue, but based on high load, its missing ) 2021 ( first problematic year ) The Seats are not the race seats despite being the better Daytona style seats. This isnt a con but does negatively affect the value as in that range of car, race seats are a must.

This F8 could most likely be driven at minimal loss if miles are kept low, assuming 3000 extra miles the loss would be under 10% making it a hackable low liability car. The problematic First year cars coupled with an expiring warranty and a declining market means that the car would be worth 300K wholesale in the next 3K miles and 320K in its highest retail form. Depending the dollar at which you can buy the car, it will be the sole determining factor of the purchase. Aim for $320,000 and the investment rating would change from Medium to SOLID.
