perpetual analysis:
Ferrari SF90
The SF90 market is very tricky. Some coupe cars sell for $350,000 OFF MSRP, Spiders as high as $250,000 OFF MSRP and demand is VERY low for base cars, especially first model year cars. Ensuring you buy a clean and highly correct optioned car will be the difference between losing and making money. Otherwise its a losing proposition especially as cars start to fall off warranty in 2026 with expensive repairs looming. The car itself is an interesting driving experience with limited collectibility based on sheer volume alone. Average range of cars for sale on the market is 90-122 cars, meaning that there is almost always 100 cars to choose from, only the best will make it. Most Ferrari dealers are currently not accepting early SF90s or 296GTB coupes on trade.

your investment is BLOODY
Wrong car, wrong options, wrong dealer. This is a disaster waiting to happen. The car is an early 2021, low options, terrible interior, high maintenance exterior paint and none of the desirable aspects of an SF90. The dealer recently lowered price by 50K because no one wants the car and the dealer himself is well known for buying auction cars ( often cars people don't want ). I would find a well speced car in the $680K to $750K sticker range thats a coupe for $450,000, and then you will be able to resell it better than a $400K car worth $300k once warranty is fully out.
