2023 Land Rover Defender 110
The Defender market is very weird. It is a high volume market with stable pricing only on high load safari spec V6 cars or low priced V8 cars. The BCV range is $50K for the V6, and $70K for the V8. The cars often sell at the highest dollar not because of engine size, but rather a 2 key thing. Painted body lower panels and safari upgrades like ladder, rack, box and snorkel. Any 3 item combination seems to yield higher dollar regardless that its from factory or from Urban automotive. 22” wheels also are a selling point on non V8 models. They're not sensitive to mileage as much as other cars once they get closer to BCV.

This isn't a bad car, it’s the right color combo, V8 and the extra lighting system (5K roughly) is a desirable add on. I would check what brand that is to ensure it’s actually URBAN and not some knock off Chinese EBay brand. The range for mileage of the price needs to be sub $80K to make this within the 10% threshold of a hack. Otherwise it will lose over 20% once you add 12,000 miles. I would negotiate this to $80K and if it doesn't work, then look for models that have less than 10K miles if you intend to buy a V8 and add 12K miles. You can pay up to $85K for a lower mileage one with similar sticker/options. Also, keep in mind the body change occurred, and so in 12 months the premium models will drop more.
