The 991 GT3 and GT3RS market are very stable and have been for the last 36 months. It is also getting harder to find manual variations with low miles, making low mileage unit rise heavily. Driven 5 digit cars are still priced well and rare colors always bring a premium with both the GT3, RS and Touring models. Our recommendations for long term value preservations will be Touring manual models in good colors in the high 200s. The units made of 991 is far lower than 992s making the car more collectable overall. Median miles for these cars is 5200 and the Median price of exchange with average miles is 180K.

There is no better GT3 non touring than this. It hits every box for a perfect car. I would even argue that while the price is high, it’s near impossible to replace it anyways. You are paying a premium for perfection and the only downfall is that cars like these can never be traded in as dealers will never pay these types of premium for these cars. The touring market is the the only downfall of this, its more desirable and good specs can be bought around 280K for 2022 making it hard to justify the price for this in the long term unless an enthusiasts buys it. This is insanity for a 992 GT3, all of it. So if you can get price lower like in 270K low range, I would buy this car immediately.
