perpetual analysis:
McLaren 600LT
The 600LT market is finally starting to show its bottom now that the 570S has settled as well. Its BCV being 160k roughly 50% of the median market of MSRP cars being 320K. High loads are $360k, low cars 300K. The most important opportunity are on roof scoop cars and club sport cars, simply due to the rarity of the cars more than anything else. With volume of cars increasing as warranties run out, having a rarer variation will be the only way to keep the market stable. Spiders will always outpace coupes and settle roughly 20K higher than coupes no matter what. LT cars are going to eventually become a rarity, but for now the 675LT will stack on top, and 765LT even further. Despite the 600LT being the most reliable and best bet of all 3.

your investment is SLOW DEATH
Low spec cars are subject to the fastest drops and this fits right in that. It’s a good color so it will get attention on ads but the value will be missing once people inspect the car closer. This will end up being a value car for someone who is NOT an enthusiast and ultimately end up as a 175K to 180k car due to the low sticker. I recommend keeping longer as the drop each year will be less and less as it nears BCV.
